Initial fee: Only $249 - includes the initial 40-minute office visit, the first month of membership, and all labs (done in the morning, fasting – see the Sign Up! page for the list of labs included; if you have already had the correct labs done within the previous 3 months, you will receive a $75 refund after we receive them from you. NOTE: There is no initial fee for members of TLC Family Health – the usual copay and lab costs apply).
Monthly fee (beyond first month; TLC Family Health members receive 35% off):
- $55 for self-administered gel or shots (does not include the cost of medicine; $35.75 for TLC Family Health members)
- $110 for in-office shots (includes medicine; $71.50 " " " )

If you have never been diagnosed with low testosterone in the past, schedule a labs-only visit at our office (inside TLC Family Health, address and map below) – or, if you prefer to have it drawn at a CPL (Clinical Pathology Labs) or LabCorp near you, send us a message.

Morning testosterone levels are required (between 8 and 11 a.m., fasting, drawn within 30 days of your initial appointment).
Cost for testosterone test (includes free testosterone and SHBG): $55 (which will be credited if you sign up). We will call you for payment upon scheduling or lab order creation.

VIRTUAL MANAGEMENT IS ONLY AVAILABLE IN TEXAS, for self-service options, in which case labs are drawn at a CPL or LabCorp location.
