- Initial fee: Only $249 - includes initial 40-minute office visit, all labs (done in the morning, fasting - see How It Works for the list of labs included), and the first month of membership!
- Monthly fee (beyond first month):
- $55 for self-administered gel or shots (does not include the cost of medicine)
- $110 for in-office shots (includes medicine)
How Do I Know if My Testosterone Is Low?
If you have never been diagnosed with low testosterone in the past, schedule a labs-only visit at our office (inside TLC Family Health, address and map below) – or, if you prefer to have it drawn at a CPL (Clinical Pathology Labs) or LabCorp near you, send us a message.
- Morning testosterone levels are required (between 8 and 11 a.m., fasting, drawn within 30 days of your initial appointment).
- Cost for testosterone test (includes free testosterone and SHBG): $55 (which will be credited if you sign up). We will call you for payment upon scheduling or lab order creation.
